Frequently asked questions

Where should I start?

If you want darker family dynamics, loyalty, power, and emotional tension, start with Bloodline, Book One in Sins of the Bloodline. If you want Formula 1, ambition, public pressure, and a long-form relationship arc, start with Overdrive, Book One in Speed Demons. If you want crime, revenge, corruption, and dangerous devotion, start with Built for Mercy, Book One in House of Mercy.

Do your stories need to be read in order?

Yes. Each Margot Voss series is designed to be read in order. Speed Demons follows Aurélie and Callum across five books, Sins of the Bloodline follows Marco and Ivy across an ongoing series, and House of Mercy begins with Sophie and Maverick in Built for Mercy and continues beyond Book One.

Are your books interconnected?

Some characters and worlds overlap, but each series has its own central storyline and emotional arc. You do not need to read every Margot Voss book to understand another series, though longtime readers may spot familiar faces and connections.

How spicy are your books?

These are open-door, adult romances with explicit sexual content. Heat varies by title, but emotional intimacy and psychological depth matter just as much as the spice and kink. Deeply integral to the stories and characters, the spice advances the plot, strengthens the relationships, and create a more immersive reading experience.

Where can I find content warnings?

Content notes are available on individual book pages and/or inside each book. Because several stories explore heavier topics, readers are encouraged to review them before reading.

Why do some books say Caitlyn P. Tajon?

Margot Voss is my current author name. Some earlier editions were originally published under Caitlyn P. Tajon, so you may still see that name on older covers, listings, or editions while the catalog transitions.

Will House of Mercy continue after Built for Mercy?

Yes. Built for Mercy is Book One in the House of Mercy series, with additional Sophie and Maverick books planned.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and limited merchandise drops, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@caitlynptajon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What is your order change/cancellation policy?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter production and cannot be modified.

When will I receive my order?

Most items are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners.

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that during launches, holidays, or special drops, fulfillment times may be slightly extended, potentially up to 4-6 weeks after purchase.

Will my order ship all at once or separate?

If purchasing a pre-order item with in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Books and merchandise will ALWAYS ship separate as they are printed with different companies. However, it is also possible for your books and/or merch to ship separately in the event of large orders.

Are signed copies available?

Signed editions are available when listed in the shop. Product pages will specify whether a copy is hand-signed, digitally signed, unsigned, or part of a special edition.

What does "digitally signed" mean?

Digitally signed books include a printed signature incorporated into the book itself. They are not hand-signed unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Limited signed editions or specialty copies will be clearly labeled.

Personalized book plates are available to purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout; however, the beauty of printing on demand means global printing locations that make shipping costs affordable to all.

Please note that customs fees, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your books available elsewhere?

Yes, my books can be purchased through most major retailers websites.

However, special editions, exclusive drops, and certain covers are only available directly through this store.

Due to my branding of "His & Hers Editions", only one edition will be available for retailers. The rest are website exclusives.

My package says delivered, but I don't see it. What should I do?

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. Your local PO will have documentation to support delivery details. However, please note that it is becoming increasingly more common for packages to be marked delivered up to 2 days before it is actually delivered.

If you still need assistance, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I contact support?

Please include your order number for faster assistance if this is regarding a sale.

DO NOT DM CAITLYN ON SOCIAL MEDIAS. Inbox filters are in place and may not be seen for several days.
