meet margot voss
Psychological romance for readers who want the chemistry and the psychology.
Margot Voss writes emotionally intelligent, psychologically layered romance about desire, identity, family, survival, and the dangerous intimacy of being truly known.
Her stories are built around complicated women, emotionally dimensional men, messy histories, sharp dialogue, and the kind of love that forces people to confront the parts of themselves they’d rather keep hidden.
Sometimes those stories unfold at two hundred miles per hour. Sometimes they live in families shaped by loyalty, inheritance, power, and impossible choices. But at the center of every book is the same question:
What happens when love reaches the parts of us built to survive without it?
Previously published as Caitlyn P. Tajon, Margot now writes under a name that better reflects the darker, moodier, more psychologically driven direction of her work.
behind the books
When I’m not writing, I’m usually somewhere between books, branding, content strategy, Formula 1, an unnecessary rabbit hole, and whatever has hijacked my brain that week.
I’m a wife, a mom, a lifelong reader, and someone endlessly fascinated by the stories people tell about themselves, especially the ones they’re afraid might be true.
I love fast cars, storms, good coffee, wine, complicated characters, women who refuse to shrink, and men who are forced to develop an emotional vocabulary under pressure.
I believe romance is at its most powerful when it doesn’t look away from the difficult parts.

Unapologetically, obviously. I live in delulu land that Scuderia Ferrari will get it together. Maybe. Probably not. But maybe one day.
psychological romance evangelist
I like my love stories hot, layered, emotionally intelligent, and just a little dangerous under the skin. Give me desire with history, intimacy with consequences, and love that changes the shape of a person.
completely unbothered cat lady
Do I have two dogs? Yes, but my two tiny feline supervisors have zero respect for deadlines and an alarming amount of confidence in their editorial opinions. Wonderful snugglers though.
COFFEE, STORMS, SPREADSHEETS, & CHAOS
Equal parts caffeine, thunder, true crime, mom water, color-coded organization, spreadsheets and intelligence systems,, and always one unnecessary deep dive away from a new obsession.
